1 1/4 c. Flour
1 c.Powdered sugar
1/2 c. Cocoa
1/4 tsp. Baking soda
1 1/4 c. Butter
8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
14 oz.Sweetened condensed milk
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
8 oz. pkg. English toffee bits, divided

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine flour, powdered sugar, cocoa and baking soda; cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Press firmly on bottom of ungreased 9"x13" baking pan. Bake 15 minutes. Beat cream cheese until fluffy; add milk, eggs and vanilla; beat smooth. Stir in 1 c. toffee bits. Pour mixture over hot crust. Bake 25 minutes or until set and edges begin to brown. Cool 15 minutes. Sprinkle remaining toffee bits evenly over top.
