Blueberry Coffee Cake recipe from Mountain View Country Market in Chuckey,TNBlueberry Coffee Cake

1 egg
1/2 c. yogurt or sour cream
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon peel
1 1/2 c. blueberries
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Topping:
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. cold, sliced butter

Stir together egg, yogurt, butter, salt, lemon peel and blueberries. In another bowl mix remaining ingredients. Mix wet ingredients into dry mixture until mixed. Combine topping ingredients till crumbly. Bake in greased 8x8 pan at 375° for 30-35 minutes.
