8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. milk chocolate chips, melted & cooled
3/4 c. crushed vanilla wafers
1/4 c. strawberry jam
15 oz. milk chocolate candy coating
2 sq. white baking chocolate

In mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in melted chocolate chips. Stir in vanilla wafers and strawberry jam. Cover and refrigerate until easy to handle. Divide mixture in half. Return one portion to refrigerator. Shape remaining mixture into 1-inch balls. Refrigerate. Repeat with remaining mixture. Melt candy coating. Dip balls; place on waxed paper lined cookie sheets. Refrigerate until set. Drizzle with white coating. Store in refrigerator 4 1/2 hours.
