Chili Sauce
2 gal. tomatoes
1 gal. apples
2 c. onions
4 Tbsp. salt
3 c. white or brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. ground mustard
2 c. vinegar
Peel tomatoes, apples and onions; boil in kettle till soft. Or blend in blender; add other ingredients and bring to boil. Can in jars.
