5 med. potatoes
onions, according to taste
2 c. asparagus
butter
salt and pepper
4 slices Velveeta cheese

Slice potatoes in baking dish. Dice onions and put on potatoes. Add cut up asparagus, dot with butter, add salt and pepper. Cover and bake 45 minutes at 350°. Put cheese on top. This a convenient dish to bake at the same time that you're baking a meat dish in the oven. Serves 5.
