Chili Tot Casserole
1 lb. ground beef
2 cans chili without beans
8 oz. can tomato sauce
4 oz. green chilies, chopped
2-3 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
32 oz. frozen Tator Tots
Brown beef. Stir in chili, tomato sauce and green chilies. Put meat mixture in a 9x13 baking dish. Put cheese on top of meat and put Tots on top of cheese. Cover and bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes. You can make this ahead and freeze. Take out and bake (no need to thaw) at 350° for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
