2 cups Uncooked rice
Paprika
2 cups Cooked chicken
1 (8 oz.) Cream cheese
2 cups Salsa
Cheese

Cook rice; season with paprika. Put 3/4 in bottom of pan. Spread chicken, cream cheese and salsa over rice. Put remaining rice on top. Add layer of cheese. Bake 1/2 hour at 350°.

Note: Burrito is in the name but there are no tortillas in the recipe. But if you want to its delicious scooping this casserole in a tortilla.
