Coconut Angel Dessert recipe from Mountain View Country Market in Chuckey,TNCoconut Angel Dessert

1/2 of a Homemade angel cake, cut into cubes
1 1/2 c. Cold milk
2 sm. Boxes coconut cream pudding mix
1 qt. Vanilla ice cream
8 oz. Whipped topping
1/4 c. Toasted coconut, optional

Place cake cubes in a 9"x13" pan. In a mixing bowl, beat milk and pudding mixes on low speed for 2 minutes. Add ice cream; beat on low till combined. Spoon over cake cubes. Spread with whipped topping and sprinkle with coconut. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour. This can also be layered in a large glass bowl. Serves 12-15 people. Note: May be topped with desired fruit.
