Chocolate Peppermint Cookies
1 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 t. vanilla
2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. crushed peppermint candy
Mix ingredients until well beaten. Bake at 350° until done. Do not overbake.
