Baked Corn recipe from Mountain View Country Market in Chuckey,TNBaked Corn

1 can - creamed corn
1 box - Jiffy corn muffin mix
1/2 c - butter, cubed
2 - eggs, beaten
8 oz - sour cream
shredded cheddar cheese

Mix first five ingredients together and pour into a greased casserole dish. Top with cheese and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
