1 lb. ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1 c. salsa
1 1/2 c. crushed corn chips
1 med. onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp. cilantro
1 tsp. chili powder
4 med. peppers
1/2 c. shredded Mexican blend cheese

Combine ground beef, egg, salsa, chips, onion, garlic and seasonings. Mix well. Divide into 4 equal parts. Fill peppers, sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350° for one hour.
