1 loaf French Bread
1/4c. Blueberries
1/2 Banana, mashed or Pears
1/2c. Milk
1/2t. Cinnamon
1 Egg

Beat egg with milk and cinnamon; set aside. Slice French bread or homemade bread into 1"-1 1/2" slices. With a sharp knife cut a slit into the top of each slice to form a pocket. Do not cut through bottom or sides. Spoon fruit into pocket. Hold top shut and dip each side lightly into egg mixture and fry until golden brown and cooked through. Makes 1 thick slice.
