Raspberry Tarts recipe from Mountain View Country Market in Chuckey,TNRaspberry Tarts

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
raspberry jam

Beat brown sugar, melted butter, eggs and vanilla together. Put 1 teaspoon raspberry jam into unbaked tart shells. Add enough of the mixture to fill tart shell 3/4 full. Bake at 350° for approximately 15-20 minutes.
