Lasagne Rollups recipe from Mountain View Country Market in Chuckey,TNLasagne Rollups

1 lb. ground beef
1 (32 oz.) can spaghetti sauce, divided
1 tsp. oregano
3/4 tsp. granulated garlic
3/4 tsp. onion powder
3/4 tsp. salt
12 oz. cottage cheese
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
1/4 c. parsley
1 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. basil
dash of pepper
9-12 lasagna noodles, cooked

Brown beef. Add 3 cups spaghetti sauce, oregano, garlic, onion and salt. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes or until heated through. Spread in greased 9"x13" pan. Mix cheeses, eggs and spices together. Spread on noodles and roll up. Place on top of meat sauce. Cover with remaining sauce and sprinkle with more cheese, if desired. Bake at 375° for 50-60 minutes.
