1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1/4 c. poppy seeds
4 eggs
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
Glaze:
2 2/3 c. powdered sugar
3 Tbsp. lemon juice

In a large mixing bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients. Beat on low speed for 30 seconds; beat on medium for 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 10" fluted tube pan. Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan to the wire rack to cool completely. Glaze: In a small bowl, combine the ingredients until smooth; drizzle over the cake. Yield: 12 servings.
