1 1/2 cups flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. maple syrup
1/4 c. melted butter
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Frosting:
1 c. powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. melted butter
2 Tbsp. milk

Put all dry ingredients in a bowl. Whisk dry ingredients together. Add wet ingredients and whisk together until well combined. Preheat griddle or large saute pan over medium heat. Cook until brown on both sides. Serve with frosting. Frosting: Whisk the ingredients together until smooth and a pouring consistency. If too thick, add more milk; if too thin, add more sugar.
