Barbeque Lasagna recipe from Mountain View Country Market in Chuckey,TNBarbeque Lasagna

1 c. ketchup
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
1 1/2 lb. ground beef, cooked
6 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
2 c. mozzarella cheese
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese
1 c. Colby or mild cheddar cheese
1 c. cottage cheese
1 egg

Combine all sauce ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a boil; simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Spread 1/4 cup sauce in greased 9"x13" pan. Layer with 3 noodles and half of beef and half of sauce. Sprinkle with half of cheeses. Repeat layers. Combine cottage cheese and egg; spoon evenly over the top. Bake uncovered at 350° for 50-60 minutes or until lightly browned. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
