Quick and Easy Shells recipe from Mountain View Country Market in Chuckey,TNQuick and Easy Shells

1/2 lb. shells
24 oz. ricotta cheese
1/4 lb. mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 egg
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. basil
spaghetti sauce

Cook shells according to package directions. Blend next eight ingredients together and spoon 1 Tbsp. of mixture into each shell. Arrange shells in an 8x11" pan. Cover with spaghetti sauce and sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
