1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. paprika
3 lg. potatoes
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. butter, divided & melted

Mix dry ingredients. Cut potatoes in wedges; dip in milk and coat with dry ingredients. Put in pan. Drizzle half of the butter over potatoes. Bake 20 minutes at 400°; flip potatoes and drizzle rest of butter over top. Bake 20 to 25 minutes more. Serve with ketchup, sour cream, ranch dressing or sauce of your choice.
