Meat & Potato Pie

2 lb. hamburger
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. milk
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
4-6 c. mashed potatoes
4 oz. cream cheese
1/4-1/2 c. sour cream
2 T. butter
1 c. shredded cheese
8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled

Mix first 6 ingredients and press into 2 pie plates. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Mash potatoes and add cream cheese, sour cream and butter. Fill meat shell with potato mixture and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours. Put cheese and bacon on top 5 minutes before serving..
