Potato Patties
3 c. mashed potatoes
5 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper, or less
1/2 c. milk
Beat ingredients thoroughly. Heat pan, grease with butter. Drop spoonfuls of potato mixture onto pan and fry till firm and browned on each side.
