1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. onion powder
1 Tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. paprika
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4-1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
3 1/2 lb. red potatoes cut in wedges

In a large bowl combine the first eight ingredients. Add potatoes and toss to coat. Arrange in a single layer on greased baking sheets. Bake at 400° for 30-35 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden. Serves: 8.
