Cheeseburger Quiche
1/2 lb. ground beef, fried and drained
1/2 tsp. onion flakes
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
1/8 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 (9") pie shell
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Yield: 6 servings.
