Rhubarb Jell-O Salad
1 qt. rhubarb, chopped
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. water
1 can crushed pineapple
6 oz. strawberry Jell-O
Boil first four ingredients together for three minutes.
Immediately add Jell-O and pour into an 8x12" glass dish.
Refrigerate.
