1 1/2 c. Brown sugar
1/2 c. Oil
1 Egg
1 c. Buttermilk
1 t. Vanilla
2 1/2 c. Flour
1 t. Soda
1 t. Salt
1 1/2 c. Rhubarb
Topping:
1/2 c. Sugar
1/4 t. Cinnamon
1 T. Butter
Mix bread ingredients and divide batter into two bread pans. Mix
topping and sprinkle on top of batter. Bake at 350° for 60 to 65
minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
