Tropical Salsa
8 oz. crushed pineapple
1 banana, sliced and quartered
2 kiwis, sliced and quartered
1/4 c. red and/or green pepper, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1 small jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped
2 Tbsp. finely snipped cilantro
1 Tbsp. lime juice
lime tortilla chips
Mix all ingredients, including pineapple juice. Serve with tortilla chips - lime are the best. Yield: 8-10 servings.
